Impetus defined the need, identified and shortlisted appropriate Learning Management System providers then supported the procurement, implementation and set up users and courses.
This included the following activities:
- Cost effective, timely delivery to meet current and future business needs
- Fully functioning LMS implemented, with bespoke courses available within three months of first contact
- eLearning is part of ‘business as usual’ within a year
- Ongoing demand for more courses from sponsors and delegates
- Roll out project for overseas partner companies
