The Action

Impetus joined the in-house implementation team to develop and deliver a focused implementation and induction programme for existing staff and all new joiners.

This included the following key activities:

The Outcome

  • All new joiners were ready to provide customer support service prior to go live
  • First incoming calls answered within target times and service levels
  • The learning experience was informative and enjoyable and formed a secure platform for sustainable business venture
  • Call Centre now part of the Customer Service Proposition and is highly regarded
